Here is a quick outline of how we work (just so everything is clear from the start)
- Once you accept our quote, we request a 20% deposit to start working on the project. The balance is payable on completion, and once payment is finalised the site will go live, available for the public (and search engines) to view.
- All services, including hosting and domain management, are contingent upon timely payment. Unpaid work will not be transferred or remain online.
- Websites, domains, and hosting remain under our ownership and management until invoices are paid in full. Once paid, everything is yours to own and control.
- If a project is cancelled after we started work, you will be invoiced for the time and work completed up to that point.
- Hosting and domain services rely on timely payment — unpaid sites may be taken offline.
- We need your content, images, and feedback to keep things on schedule. You will have access to view the project as it develops, so it’s important to let us know immediately if you need to change the content or design.
We’re all about flexibility
We are confident that our competitive pricing will stand up to scrutiny, but we are more concerned with building you a great website. We pride ourselves on being super-duper flexible, so if you let us know your budget we will happily work within it. No matter the budget we always deliver an impressive website you can be proud of.
All of our website design packages include 12 months of free managed hosting, followed by an annual managed hosting fee. There are no contracts. You are not locked in. If you decide to migrate your website to another hosting provider, we will work with you to make sure the transition is smooth. We always aim for the best outcome for our clients.

There will be no high-pressured follow-up calls or emails, although we encourage you to contact us with any questions relating to our services and pricing. The consult will take about 30 minutes, and we promise to provide maximum value in that time.
